Blazer Jobs is partnering with a highly regarded school district in the Cincinnati, OH area to fill a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position for the 20252026 academic year. This role offers a collaborative and supportive environment where you can make a measurable impact on students communication development across multiple grade levels.
Responsibilities

Provide speech and language therapy to K12 students in accordance with IEP goals

Conduct evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations to determine student needs

Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress toward communication outcomes

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families

Utilize evidence-based practices to support speech, language, and social communication skills

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
Qualifications

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Ohio SLP license and certification with the Ohio Department of Education (ODE)

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

School-based experience strongly preferred but not required

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Compensation
Competitive pay with rates aligned to the Ohio school-based SLP market.
